Who I am
I am Udi Klein, a sole trader trading as UNM Digital, based in South London. The quickest way to reach me is through the contact page, or by email at unm.results@gmail.com.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, your email address and the message you write about your business. That message is emailed straight to me and is not saved in a database on this site. To keep the form from being used to send unwanted email, I keep a short record of when a message was sent, plus a scrambled value derived from the visitor's connection address and from the email address they used. These are deleted after seven days.
I also collect information about how the site is used, but only if you accept analytics: the pages you view, your device and browser type, an approximate location and how you found the site.
Why I collect it
I use your enquiry to reply to you and to take steps towards working together. Analytics is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it, and it only runs with your consent.
Who sees it
Base44 hosts this site and sends its emails. Google Analytics sees your visit only if you accept it. Google Fonts serves the typefaces on these pages, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
I do not sell your data and I do not use it for advertising. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and keep a record of our dealings, and I delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with _ga, and only after you accept them. I also keep a small record in your browser of the choice you made here, so I do not need to ask you again. Storage used for signing in applies only to me, on the admin pages. I use no advertising or marketing cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and ask me to restrict or object to how I use it. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
